Day Two - Carlow & Kilkenny
Sunday 26th October 2025
After a quick stop in Shane's hometown of Carlow, we continue to Kilkenny Castle, standing majestically on the banks of the River Nore. The castle is renowned for its impressive architecture and rich history, and it dates back to the 12th century when it was built by the Anglo-Norman Butler family. Over the centuries, it underwent various expansions and renovations, reflecting different architectural styles from medieval to Victorian. The castle is a mix of medieval defensive structures and later Renaissance and Victorian additions. Surrounding the castle are extensive gardens. Dinner is included at The River Court Hotel before heading into Kilkenny to hear some great traditional Irish music!

Day Three - Cashel & Killarney
Monday 27th October 2025
After breakfast this morning we head south on our way to Killarney. Our first stop will be at the Rock Of Cashel - also known simply as Cashel of the Kings or St. Patrick's Rock - is
is one of Ireland's most significant medieval sites. It was the traditional seat of the Kings of Munster for several centuries before it was donated to the Church. St. Patrick is said to have converted the King of Munster here in the 5th century. The site is dominated by a collection of medieval ecclesiastical buildings, most notably the iconic Cormac's Chapel, built in Romanesque style with intricate carvings and frescoes. The 12th-century Round Tower, cathedral ruins, and the
15th-century Hall of the Vicars Choral are also notable structures. Then we continue onto Killarney where we will have dinner at the Killarney International Hotel before exploring Killarney's vibrant nightlife!

Day Four - Dingle & Killarney
Tuesday 28th October 2025
Today we visit the Dingle Peninsula! It’s one of everyone’s favourite places on this planet! I don’t know if it’s the scenery, the history, the air, or the particular way that the land greets the sea, but Dingle works wonders on the troubled soul. The town itself is straight out of a storybook with fishing boats dancing in the harbour and scores of brightly painted pubs, some of which we’ll visit. First, we’ll head for windswept Slea Head. Around Dingle we’ll see megalithic ruins, beehive style huts built by, 12th century monks, the mysterious Blasket and Skellig Islands, and panoramic settings from the movies Ryan’s
Daughter and Star Wars. Then back to Killarney by way of
Tralee, famous for its Rose. Then dinner on your own before Shane's next concert that night in Killarney!

Day Five - The Cliffs of Moher
Wednesday 29th October 2025
After breakfast today we head north towards Galway. We will
travel through the quaint and picturesque towns of Tralee
and Ennis, as well as along Galway Bay. Before heading
to Galway, we will make a visit to the Cliffs of Moher - one of Ireland's most iconic natural landmarks. Rising dramatically from the Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs of Moher stretch along the coastline for approximately 14km (8.7 miles). At their highest point, near O'Brien's Tower, they stand at an impressive height of about 214m/702ft above sea level. The sheer magnitude of
the cliffs is awe-inspiring, offering panoramic views of the
ocean and the surrounding coastline will take your breath
away. Then onto Galway for dinner at the Galmont, before experiencing the unique charm of Galway City.
Hotel Overnight: Galmont Hotel, Galway

Day Six - Connemara & Galway
Thursday 30th October 2025
This morning, we start our day heading Northwest, this stretch
of road takes you through the heart of Connemara. Sightseeing in Connemara is a delightful experience that offers a blend of rugged landscapes, scenic coastlines, charming villages, and cultural heritage. Connemara is known for its dramatic landscapes, characterised by vast expanses of bogland, rugged mountains such as the Twelve Bens and Maumturks, and sparkling lakes like Lough Corrib and Lough Inagh. The scenery is wild and untouched, offering breathtaking vistas at every turn. The Connemara coastline is wild and indented with numerous inlets and bays. Along the coast, you'll find picturesque villages such as Roundstone and Clifden, where traditional fishing boats and colourful houses create a postcard-perfect scene. Once we return to Galway, we head into town for a concert by Shane & friends!

Day Seven - Back to Dublin
Friday 31st October 2025
Today we make our way back to Ireland’s 1,000-year-old capital city of Dublin. Today you have lots of free time, to explore on your own. Grafton Street is one of Dublin’s most famous streets, the bustling heart of the city centre. You’ll find the biggest range of pubs, shops and restaurants in the busy hive that surrounds it, a warren of side streets and alleys that is almost always full of people. Many of the city’s most important sights and museums are here, as is Dublin’s best-loved city park, St. Stephen’s Green. You could also choose to go to the Guinness Storehouse, where you can experience panoramic views of the city while enjoying a sip of Ireland's most famous drink, or numerous other attractions like Kilmainham Gaol, St Patrick's Cathedral, The Book of Kells at Trinity College, and the "EPIC" Irish Emigration Museum.
